Bio
Chelsea Zheng is a problem-focused UX Researcher with attention to detail. She currently works in USANA as a UX researcher, focusing on e-commerce digital products. With a long-term vision and deep empathy for users, Chelsea consistently delivers high-quality, actionable insights that drive company initiatives.
Chelsea also worked in the Cognitive Immersive System Lab (CISL) as a UX Researcher from 2017 to 2019 to help identify potential usability problems and support system dialogue design. Through extensive literature reviews and various testing methods, she enhanced both system performance and user satisfaction.
As a bilingual speaker, Shuyue also volunteered as a teaching assistant at the ASU Chinese school, she mentored students every weekend and helped establish connections between Chinese schools and the Mandarin projects in CISL.
In her free time, Chelsea enjoys rock climbing and hiking with friends, as well as reading. Some titles on her reading list include Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari and A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles.
